“Certainly, travel is more than the seeing of sights; it is a change that goes on, deep and permanent, in the ideas of living.” – Miriam Beard
Travel changes you. Forever.
It moves your core. It places you completely out of your comfort zone. It pushes you. It makes you appreciate life. It makes that one cup of coffee per day so worth it. It teaches you to budget. It teaches you about culture and religion. It takes you on strange roads and to places where you have never seen a more beautiful sunrise. It let’s you live for each day, teaches you to adapt and pushes your limits.
I have always been curious about the world. Since my first passport stamp, I have been hooked. Addicted to the journey.
“We travel, initially, to lose ourselves; and we travel, next to find ourselves. We travel to open our hearts and eyes and learn more about the world than our newspapers will accommodate. We travel to bring what little we can, in our ignorance and knowledge, to those parts of the globe whose riches are differently dispersed. And we travel, in essence, to become young fools again- to slow time down and get taken in, and fall in love once more.” ― Pico Iyer
